2)    Get plenty of exercise.  Walking, running, jogging and swimming are great activities that induce sweating which gets rid of toxins in the body and helps to tone legs and arms.  Weight lifting is also effective in reducing the look of cellulite and may even get rid of completely once muscle building starts.  Joining a gym is a great way to get exercise into your life but you do not need to go overboard with it.  Daily activities such as cleaning your house, running around with the children and partaking in other daily chores also burns calories and builds muscle.
