Metaphorically, it is like trying to drain the water from a pan of cooked rice. It is impossible.

Several of us have tried to reduce cellulite. It is hard to change our lifestyles. We may have the time to go to the gym or for walks for a while but then life changes and we have to stop. Not only will this automatically reduce your fat intake but it will also start immediately reducing the cellulite in your body. It is a great way to stay out of the kitchen during the hot summer months. Send the family to the table to dine on a cheerful dinner of fruit and vegetable salads. Dips and dressings will add to the flavors and cellulite reduction will be in full swing.
